Known for longevity and accuracy, HEMSAW band saws are the benchmark of the industry. Along with that reputation we also set the standard for parts and service. Our customer service group strives to keep you up and cutting whether your saw is 5 years or 40 years old. All parts are still available through our customer service representatives that can be contacted by phone or email.
Our customer service reps and support staff are located right in the manufacturing plant to give you access to a knowledge base and OEM parts inventory to meet all your demanding needs.
Technical Support Info
If your machinery is under ten years old and you're the original owner, we're here to assist you with free technical phone support. Due to the complicated nature of our equipment, we cannot walk you through a complete product rebuild; but we can provide the basic trouble shooting information. The technical phone support is limited to 30 minutes; and we will help connect you to our service department if more advanced intervention is required.
For machinery over ten years old, we offer expert support at a competitive rate of $100 per 30 minutes. Get the help you need to keep your equipment running smoothly!
Service Department Info
The HE&M Saw Service Department strives to ensure that our service technician walks out your door only after you are COMPLETELY satisfied with our service visit. Our technicians are determined to deliver the highest service quality and to ensure your machine is in top operational condition.
Our staff consists of about a dozen factory trained technicians supporting thousands of saws throughout North America. Repairs, preventative maintenance and new saw installations are scheduled from the service office in Pryor, Oklahoma Monday thru Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm. We will do our best to schedule your service visit as soon as possible.
