Meet Mike Neel, our dedicated Quotes Administrator, who has been with us for seven years. In his role, Mike plays a crucial part in streamlining our quoting process, ensuring that our clients receive timely and accurate information, assisting Inside Sales Manager, managing the online customer portal, completing shipping paperwork, operating forklifts, and giving the occasional tour of the property. His expertise and attention to detail have significantly enhanced our operations, making him a key asset to our team!

When reflecting on his proudest accomplishments during his time with us, Mike highlighted his promotion as a significant milestone. The promotion has been especially rewarding for him, as it represents a recognition of his hard work and dedication. This achievement underscores the positive impact Mike’s efforts have had on the company. 

Mike really enjoys the laid-back atmosphere at work and the tight- knit team he gets to work with. He values the relaxed environment and the positive connections he’s formed with both team members and customers across the U.S. These relationships have really helped make his experience here a great one!

Outside of work, Mike has a diverse range of interests. He’s an avid ghost hunter and enjoys exploring the unknown. He also loves playing video games, watching movies, and woodworking. Mike cherishes spending time with his baby and hanging out with his family. One of his favorite pastimes is doing or saying things that make his girlfriend roll her eyes in annoyance. A fun fact that his coworkers might not know is that Mike has the unique ability to touch his tongue to his nose—a skill that never fails to entertain and get a few laughs.
