This month, we're excited to turn the spotlight on Mitchell Ketcher, an invaluable contributor to HE&M Saw who has given an incredible 37 years to the company. As a skilled machinist, Mitch is essential in crafting the parts that keep our saws running smoothly.

Mitchell’s lengthy career at HE&M Saw is something we’re all proud of. Spending nearly four decades with the same company is no small feat; and Mitch's dedication speaks volumes about his loyalty and passion for his work. When he talks about what he loves most about his job, it’s his coworkers who come to mind. The strong, supportive relationships he has built with his team are what really make his job special.

Mitch has a deep love for music—whether he's playing an instrument or just enjoying a good tune, music is a big part of his life. He has been playing music his entire life and is now teaching all he knows to the next generation of his family! And let’s not forget his passion for fishing; there’s nothing like unwinding by the water with his grandchildren after a long day.

Here’s a fun tidbit that might surprise some of you: Mitch is a proud grandfather to a whopping 19 grandchildren! He and his wife, who have been happily married for 55 years, are also parents to one child. He treasures the moments spent with his loved ones, whether it's a family gathering, a quiet evening at home, or participating in his grandchildren's activities. His family is his pride and joy; and they’re the biggest motivation behind everything he does.

Mitchell’s incredible dedication, warm personality, and love for both his family and his coworkers make him a standout member of the HE&M Saw team. Mitch’s support and guidance inspire everyone around him; and we deeply value his presence and contributions!
