This January, we’re excited to highlight Paul N. Fraley, our dedicated Saw Shop Lead, who has been a significant part of HE&M Saw for an incredible 25 years. Paul’s journey with the company began right in the saw shop, where he first developed his skills and knowledge, and he’s remained a key and reliable member of the team ever since.  As Saw Shop Lead, Paul is responsible for operating forklifts, loading and unloading steel, and running all of the saws that keep the shop running smoothly. Paul’s extensive experience and strong leadership have played a crucial role in ensuring the saw shop runs efficiently. He is extremely proud of the positive environment he has created in his space over the years and takes pride in the proficiency of the Saw Shop.

What Paul enjoys most about working here is the great group of people he gets to work with. He really appreciates his coworkers for being skilled and dedicated, which creates the positive and team-oriented atmosphere that he values. The camaraderie and mutual support make coming to work every day something he can look forward to.

A fun fact about Paul that his coworkers might not know is that, when he's off the clock, he spends a lot of his time at home on his tablet, keeping up with the latest in tech and always playing casino games. Outside of work, Paul loves woodworking and spends his free time creating different projects. One of his favorites is making small decorative Christmas trees, which bring a nice touch to the holiday season. He also enjoys spending quality time with his grandson, especially fishing— which is a perfect way to unwind after the busy workweek.
