Service Department
The HE&M Saw Service Department strives to ensure that our service technician walks out your door only after you are completely satisfied with our service visit. Our technicians are determined to deliver the highest service quality in a timely manner and to ensure your machine is in top operational condition.

Services Provided
Installation
A HE&M certified technician will come to the client facility to perform the installation of a saw machine thus ensuring that the machine will be properly installed and fully functional.
Saw Moving
A HE&M certified technician will come to the client facility to ensure that the shipping brackets are properly installed and all of the necessary hoses (i.e. hydraulic, pneumatic, wiring harnesses) are disconnected and that the saw machine is safe for moving within the client facility or to a new location. Once the saw has been moved, the technician will then complete the installation process to ensure that the saw machine is properly installed in the new location.
Preventative Maintenance
A HE&M certified technician will come to the client facility to perform preventative maintenance including blade brush replacements, chain replacements, hydraulic oil filter replacements, etc. We have an intensive inspection process to determine the client’s machine needs to keep the HE&M Saw machine in top-performing condition.
Operator Training
A HE&M certified technician will train new employee operators in the client facility to operate the HE&M Saw machine along with safety training.
Maintenance Training
A HE&M certified technician will train the maintenance staff in the client facility how to properly maintain the saw machine to ensure longevity and functionality for the life of the saw machine.
Evaluation & Repair
After the client has set up an appointment for saw machine issues, a HE&M certified technician will come to the client facility to evaluate the saw machine for required repairs, advise the client on them, and provide a quote for the repair cost. Should the client choose to proceed with the repairs, the technician will place the order for the necessary parts and complete repairs on the HE&M saw machine when the parts arrive at the client facility.
To ensure proper service advisement is provided, make sure you have the SO#, serial number, and saw model.
